Senior Account Executive

This role will work closely with your assigned clients and your client serviceteam to identify their needs and/or challenges and recommend targeted solutions that incorporate appropriate Radancydigital products and services. You will work directly with clients to support their short-term recruitment needs, acting as a gateway to agency services that include media, digital strategy, creative and studio.You will take responsibility for briefing copywriters, media and studio on client requests. You will also act as a social community manager for your client if appropriate.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients; escalate, track and solve client issues
  • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Manages and oversees client’s job posting requests
  • Work with the Account Manager or Client Strategist to support the development of log and short-term strategies
  • Working as a member of client serviceteam to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendationsof Radancydigital products and services
  • Act as the internal client for any projects–checking brand, quality etc.
  • Take client briefs, liaise with project management hub and brief teams as appropriate
  • Act as the social community manager for appropriate accounts
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Work with Client Strategist, Business Development and proposal team to aid in answering inquiries from potential clients
  • Provide client reporting on an as-needed basis
  • Ad placement raising media orders, contacting media(one-off roles)
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms andtheir respective participants. And how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Familiarity with various interactive mediums including: websites, banners, mobile
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good MS office skills
